Hailstorm

So I thought I would give you guys a little Video as to the hail I have been listening to since about 4pm and its now almost close to 8.. its been going on for 4 hours.. Thursday was a combo of sun, snow and hail.. Friday was all snow.. so its been a little werid.. but its I have to admit it better than being at home in Saskatoon with all your snow!!

So this is a double post!! So Monday tends to be "breakfast/lunch date day" with Darwin and Ayla and occasionally me. But this Monday we had breakfast to say Goodbye to Nathan as he was returing to the land down under at 3pm. It was all fun in games and Ayla and I were fashionally late, as allowed since we are girls!! Have a good week everyone!!

Life at Scotiabank

So I thought I would give you a little peak into the life of a banker.. I'm sure most banks even most Scotiabanks aren't quite like ours, were its a free for all. Example: Today I was asking my Customer Serivce Manager a question and the Branch Manager comes out and says I have the guilty look on my face. I will admit I am normally the trouble maker at the branch.. and yes my nickname is Trouble, but for once I hadnt done anything!! I tell ya, I feel right at home. Everyone laughs at me and the Branch Manager, we give each other a run for our money because we are both only children.. but its all fun.. so here is some picture so you know the shannagians we get up too!

Scotiabank version of Monopoly

Bright Bright Sunshiny Day..

Okay so maybe the rain isnt TOTALLY gone yet, but it was an amazing day!! and needless to say I rub it in my parents face.. who are right now out on the East Coast in the middle of a Blizzard!!! So I was glotting in my glory today! I went over to North Van to the Quay to pick up my FAVORITE flowers.. which i can never seem to find out here in Burnaby.. and they are some kind of Orchiads.. if someone knows what kind they are exactly please tell me!! Nothing else too exciting.. Starting in the next couple of weeks I will be my Scotiabank Branch representive for the BC Children's Hospital. I am looking forward to it, all I know so far is that I am in charge of the donations that come in, I have to attend a kick off breakfast and then a windup supper I believe. But I can't wait to start, and my boss is happy considering she already but my name down before she asked me!! So thats my exciting news, till I get stories from my parents next week of their trip out east! Have a wonderful week!!
