Happy Father's day!!

So I borrowed this video from youtube as I lost the original that my dad sent me.. but it is true of how I acted with him when I was younger and he put up with it cause it was his baby girl, and any dad that had girls I can say most likely did the same thing with them.. Sprite did an amazing job with this video So Happy Fathers day to my Dad who was never embarrassed to play dress up with his little girl!

Why you should wear sunscreen

This is what happens when you go to the beach for a picnic with friends, when you dont wear sunscreen.. Needless to say I have learned my lesson for the summer..

So it is officially summer out here in the West coast, so our new thing?? Picnics! Sunday we headed down to Crescent Beach took in the rays, some of our own yoga moves and finish the day with Gelato!! and of course we all ended up sunburned, but hey misery loves company!! As of today it is 30+ it's going to be a long HOT summer!
